-¿Usted encontrará a Jesús allí?
Y aparte me daré
cuenta si te podemos ayudar o no.
Tenías razón, encontré allí a Jesús.
Luego, me di cuenta
mí y me daría miedo.
No cuesta nada y trae maravillosas recompensas, Dios

es semejante. Semejante es al hombre que al edificar una casa, cavó y ahondó y puso el cimiento sobre la roca;
de sus vidas; Al igual que los no creyentes), semejante es al hombre que edificó su casa sobre tierra, sin cimientos;
(Rom.1:5 ). "... la fe que obra por amor". (Gal.5:6). Esa fe produce obras. (I Tesal.1:3).
( I Pedro 2:2) Esa fe continúa confirmandose andando
en unión, en comunicación con Cristo. (Col.2:5-7) Esta

Why is Truth Rejected? There is multitude of reasons as to why people in general reject the truth;
one of the main reasons is to suit one’s agenda’s or to meet a specific goal. But as Christians the question then
becomes more significant as we are to live by Christ’s precept. The Bible does confirm that men do not seek to
do good, “All
have turned aside, together they have become
useless; There is none who does
good, There is not even one.” [1] Romans 3:12 and being that God is Truth those who reject truth are rejecting Him, in Psalm 14:1 we read The fool has
said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds;
There is no one who does good”, we could go on but you get the picture. How
can one do “good” or be a good person? Only by the grace of God can one truly be “good”, a true Christian
is abandoned to Christ and lives according to His precepts imitating His character, dependability and commitment to righteousness,
yet even this kind of person does reject truth at times and this begs the questions why would such person, a true Christian
reject truth? We are humans and susceptible to the things of the world and unless
we are daily anchored in our relationship with Jesus Christ we can be lured away from truth. There are several ways in which
this can happen but we will look at a couple that I believe are more prevalent in the Christian life. Tradition
- See to it that no one
takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the
tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than
according to Christ, Col. 2:8.
Tradition, that which has been handed down from generation to generation. Tradition isn’t necessarily bad, for instance
in our family “traditionally” we meet every month, this encourages family bonding and expression of love and this
is good. However when tradition is rooted in error or takes the place of God’s precepts, which is what the Word of God
is referring to in this passage, it is bad. In other words don’t let the tradition of men take the place of God’s
commandments, don’t make tradition the standard by which you live by. Our Lord Jesus Christ warns us, “thus
invalidating the word of
God by your tradition which you have handed down; and you do many things such as that.” Mark 7:13, tradition can invalidate the Word of God rejecting
truth. The enemy’s interference - And
even if our gospel is veiled,
it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 in whose case the god of this
world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the gospel
of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
2Corinthians 4:3-4, the enemy in this case is Satan, he blinds the person spiritually so they can’t see the truth of
the Gospel and keep them away from God. He also controls the unbelievers and those whom he deceives resulting in them rejecting
the truth, “And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you formerly walked according to the course
of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience.”
Eph. 2:1-2. Not walking in the Spirit - But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness
to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised.1Cor. 2:14, who is the “natural man”? A natural person is one who has not come to the saving
knowledge of Christ Jesus, he or she does not have a relationship with the Savior and as such can’t walk in the “Spirit”
because the Sprit is not in him or her and thus rejects the Truth of God. How can one discern truth and live by it? By allowing
the Holy Spirit to guide one’s steps, “However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit,
if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. Romans 8:9, a Christian is guided by the Holy Spirit
and He convicts one towards righteousness, but those who reject Christ do not belong to Him and consequently do reject truth.
The one who belongs to Christ, whoever is abandoned to Him, is guided by the Holy Spirit into all truth. “But when
He the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the
truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to
you what is to come. John 16:13.
Some pretend to be Christians but the lacking of the Holy Spirit within them reveals their true nature. How
about you? Do you know the Truth and living by it? Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine
yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you—unless indeed you fail the test?
2Corinthians 13:5, don’t reject the Truth, come to Christ “and you
will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” John 8:32
